What do I need to hire a car?

You'll need a full, valid UK or European driving licence held for at least 12 months. You must be at least 23 years old (25 for premium vehicles) and under 75. A valid debit or credit card in your name is required for the security deposit.

Can I book online?

Yes. Our 4-step online booking system is quick and secure. You can also call us on 01708 123 456 to speak with our team.

Do you offer one-way hire?

Generally, vehicles must be returned to our Rainham depot or original delivery location. Please contact us to discuss specific one-way requirements.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, an additional driver can be added for a small daily fee. They must meet the same licence and age requirements and be present at vehicle collection with their documents.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a pre-authorised security deposit is required on collection. This is not a charge but a temporary hold on your card, released upon the vehicle's safe return. The amount varies by vehicle and will be confirmed at booking.

Is insurance included?

Yes, fully comprehensive insurance is included for every hire. This is subject to a standard excess (varies by vehicle). You can reduce this excess to zero by purchasing our optional Damage Waiver (CDW) when you book.
